For sale at Gateway Classic Cars is a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro SS convertible. This SS isn't your typical Camaro. This Camaro was built as a display vehicle for the Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour, where it was featured in Magnunson Supercharger booth during the 7 day event 2011. That round trip accounts for nearly 3,000 miles of this low mileage Camaro. In order to make this Camaro SS stand out among the crowd, a long list of modifications had to have been performed. Deviate Motoring in Houston handled the custom aesthetics, while Late Model Racecraft handled the performance upgrades. With only 19,518 miles, there's a lot of fun times to be had with this extremely well built modern muscle car. The power comes from a Magna Charger TVS2300 2.3L supercharger providing 8 psi of boost, Comp Cams custom LMR camshaft, upgraded valvetrain, an LS3 hydraulic lifter conversion that deletes the cylinder deactivation and a Cold Air Inductions intake system. All of this power exhaust through Kooks Long-tube headers and continues through 3" stainless MBRP system with electric cut outs for that ever so delightful and menacing growl! The suspension wasn't missed during this well executed build. Pfadt adjustable coil-over shocks help keep the power to the ground. Drilled and slotted rotors with Hawk performance brake pads will help you slow things down. Now that you've heard about the mechanicals let's talk about the exterior. Painted in Victory Red with painted black stripes. Yes painted, not the vinyl decals from the factory. The stripes share the same gloss as the rest of the car and it looks so good! The color combination is perfect with the black stripes over Victory Red, Black HRE wheels, black soft top and a black interior with Houndstooth inserts. Some other exterior touches include a painted GM heritage grill, rear tail section and grille surround all in matte black. All of the factory emblems have been shaved and GM 1969 SS emblems have been put in place but without drilling, only adhesive holds these guys in place. As you can see from the details, a lot of time and money has been invested in this wonderful machine. Here's your opportunity to stand out with a late model muscle car.
